I found this and wanted to share it with all of you......

The Wild

Mothers,

Weep not for your child,
For once out of your womb, into the world they must go,
Into the wild some will choose to go to fight their country's foes.
There is nothing you can do or say,
They must make their own way.
For their safe return you can only pray.

Fathers,

Be strong and through example teach your child to be strong,
For they must go out into the world to right their enemy's wrongs,
Instill kindness, compassion and humility in your child,
Prepare them well before they go into the wild.
But most of all, teach him to love in the face of the enemy's hatred,
And to forgive his enemy's deeds each night as he warily returns to bed.

Sons,

Off into the wild you must go,
Compassion for your enemy's victims you must show,
Let your heart and mind be strong.
Right your victim's wrongs,
And when you have done your great deed,
Take heed!
Never brag of what you do,
Because that victim could be a family member or even worse, you!
